The internal wall floor corner seal on these 2No. effluent tanks had broken down and needed removing and replacing. Project Linings Ltd were contracted in to remove the cracked and delaminated epoxy coating and replace like for like.

The concrete floor surfaces were cleaned and keyed by concrete grinding all the way round the internal perimeter corner of the tanks.

The internal corners were resealed with Sika TSPlus and two coats of effluent resistant glass flake epoxy were then applied over the primed concrete surfaces.

Both tanks were bolted back up and back in service within the week.
