This 1st floor plant room bund was proved to be leaking after our client had carried out a water evaporation test.
The internal surfaces of the bund had been coated with bituminous paint that was not chemically resistant to the hydraulic oils contained within the bund.

The existing coating was removed from the concrete surfaces of the bund using a HILTI concrete grinder fitted with a diamond disc and connected to a dust vac.
