Terms & Conditions
We require you to electrically and physically mechanically lock off and isolate the tanks prior to our works commencing and to continue the isolation until the works are complete.
Every precaution must be taken by the client to ensure that the work area is safe for Project Linings operatives to work and that there are no hazards or hot works in the vicinity of where our personnel will be working whilst on the premises. All adequate fire equipment must be made available to our operatives.
Project Linings Limited will not be held responsible for any delays to the overall project caused by the client or actions of other persons on site. If the work is delayed through fault of the client there may be an additional charge of up to £1,250.00 + VAT per day for each day so delayed.
Additional charges may also be incurred if the specification of works is modified by the client during the project. If the project is aborted through fault of the client the full project price will be charged.
Any amendment to the order within 30 days of project start date may incur charges, please ask for details. Cancellation within 30 days of project date may result in full project price being due.
The project price is based on the client providing free access to the site between 08:00am and 18:00pm and removing any materials or objects impending access to the work area.
On completion of the works, 14 days maximum credit applies, after which interest at 1.5% per month will apply and legal proceedings may commence unless alternative arrangements have been agreed prior to job start. Final certificates of guarantee will only be issued on receipt of full and final payment.
The contract is between the client and Project Linings Ltd, we will not accept delays in payment due to third party involvement (e.g. - Insurance claim).
