Our fibreglass linings and coatings are applied to existing bund walls and floors using a hand lay-up system. Reinforcement matting is laid in situ and impregnated with resins designed to withstand attack from the primary containment. The wet-out matting moulds directly to the internal surfaces encapsulating tank plinths, upstands and pedestals. Broken and eroded areas can be reconstructed with ease by adding extra layers of fibreglass matting.
Our polyurea lining system is spray applied, the ‘thermoplastic’ can be built up to any thickness in one application, commonly between 1 - 10 mm. It has rapid cure giving quick return to service. Its elastomeric properties make this system ideal for areas suffering ground movement.
All our linings systems create completely seamless membranes: sealed environments that are oil and water tight containing any potential diesel, fuel, chemical or oil leaks or spillages within the bund.
